Better2gether welcomes your feedback, both good and not so good, so that we can continue to improve. We always like to hear your views about the service we provide whether its’s a suggestion, compliment or a concern or a complaint.

There are many ways you can provide feedback to us:

  • Informal chats with us, about requests or suggestions

  • By placing a written suggestion in our suggestion box at the Better2gether hub

  • Call us on 03 52224926

  • Commenting and providing feedback through social media platforms

  • Writing down or using the Better2gether Complaints and Feedback form

  • Email us at hello@better2gether.com.au

  • Completing our annual survey

  • Attending and/or providing feedback to individual planning reviews

How to make complaint

Sometimes you have a concern that isn’t going away or you feel is not being addressed by Better2gether staff - you may want to make a complaint. You can do this by:

  • Verbally - talking to someone as soon as you can, try to resolve the issue. Speak to the Better2gether Coordinator’s you may wish to talk to a friend or advocate to help you

  • In Writing - Fill in the Complaints and feedback form or write a letter. Give the form to any staff member and a member of the leadership team will contact you to discuss your concerns and register your complaint/ feedback with our Quality team.

When you have made a complaint to us we will:

  • Acknowledge your complaint quickly and courteously

  • Clarify your concerns and issues raised and your preferred outcomes

  • Explain the complaint handling process and your right to have a support person of your choice

  • Record your complaint on our complaint form and check that we understand your complaint

  • Discuss possible solutions and work to resolve the complaint

Making a compliant to an external agency:

Better2gether understands that sometimes you may not be satisfied with how your complaint was handled or how Better2gether understood your concerns

If this happens you are able to contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission (The NDIS Commission) to speak about your concerns and follow their complaints process.
